Julie graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to that she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology at the University of British Columbia. Julie has diverse clinical experience as a physiotherapist, working predominantly in the acute care hospital setting at various hospitals in Vancouver and Victoria. Over the past several years she has gained valuable experience in pre-operative joint replacement surgery preparation and education, an area she has become quite passionate about. Julie looks forward to working with her patients to facilitate and enhance their surgical journey.

Paula graduated from the University of Victoria in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to this, she graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. Since leaving nursing school, Paula has worked in the acute care orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation settings in hospital. She also engaged the Clinical Nurse Leader role for both of these inpatient wards. Most recently, Paula worked as a Nursing Officer for Corrections Canada. From this she gained much interest in the relationship between chronic disease processes, mental health and chronic pain issues. Paula utilizes her experience in all these areas to help patients achieve the best outcome for their total knee or hip replacements.

Trevor has a degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, as well as a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2005, and continues to coach and consult in addition to his Physiotherapy practice.

A former athlete at the National Triathlon Centre, Trevor did his Master's research on the correction of dysfunctional movement patterns in swimmers. He has a strong clinical interest in runners, swimmers, cyclists, and triathletes.

Prior to joining the health care team at RebalanceMD, Patricia worked as bilingual military physiotherapist in the Canadian Forces. Patricia works one-on-one with each of her patients, focusing on a hands-on approach using myofascial release, manual therapy, movement patterns and exercise prescription to restore her patient's function. She is currently pursing her Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative therapy, and her Sports Physiotherapy Certificate.

Patricia has a particular interest in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as sport related physical therapy. She competed as a varsity track and cross-country runner, and worked as the assistant coach for the varsity running program at Queen's University following her Master's degree. In 2013, she volunteered as a physiotherapist for Team Canada at the World Youth Track and Field Championships in Ukraine.
