Sierra graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2024. She was born and raised in Victoria BC where she came from an athletic background. She most recently finished her basketball career at the University of Victoria playing on the women’s basketball team. She was fortunate enough to complete her co-op placement as a student kinesiologist at RebalanceMD in 2023. Her experiences in both her professional and athletic endeavors have fueled her passion for using exercise prescription to support patients in returning to their daily activities.
