
Muhammet Yamali is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in sport and orthopaedic care. Originally from Amsterdam, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy before moving to Victoria in 2017. He holds a Master of Clinical Science in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Western University and is currently completing a second MClSc. in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, which includes advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy training.
Muhammet is certified in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and holds both the Certificate and Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada. He has extensive experience working with athletes, including national-level rugby teams, and is passionate about helping active individuals recover from injury, return to sport, and reach their performance goals.
His clinical focus includes sport-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and spine conditions such as neck and back pain. He integrates manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to deliver evidence-informed, individualized care.
Muhammet is committed to supporting patients of all activity levels and is soon to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT). He looks forward to helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to what you love.
