Driving Directions

• Right at Bay St

• Right into Uptown to access Uptown Blvd. and underground parking
From Langford/ Colwood/ Metchosin:
• South on Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 S
• Left on Saanich Rd
• Left into Uptown to access Uptown Blvd. and underground parking
From Sidney/Brentwood Bay/Airport/BC Ferries
• South on Patricia Bay Hwy/BC-17
• Pass Ravine Way and turn right into Uptown Underground parking OR turn right onto Saanich Road and right on Oak St into Uptown Underground parking
Building Entrance Access
RebalanceMD is located on Uptown’s upper level.
We have two entrances to help you access our clinic and you’re welcome to use either one, both provide full access to all areas of our clinic once inside:
Main Entrance (beside Specsavers and H&R Block)
This is our primary entrance, open 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM for all clinic visits.
It provides access to RebalanceMD’s main medical clinic and includes elevator access to the upper level.
Please note: this elevator is smaller and runs a bit slower.
Physiotherapy & X-Ray Entrance (near Fitness World)
This secondary entrance is more centrally located to our Physiotherapy and X-Ray areas and features a larger, faster elevator for improved accessibility. This entrance is open 7:30 AM – 8:00PM for Physiotherapy and X-Ray appointments.
Please note: This elevators numbering starts below ground, so to reach RebalanceMD (Unit 200) please select Floor 4 – Medical Offices.
Parking
Parking is available in the Uptown Shopping Centre parkade, accessed from Carey Road or Ravine Way, or on the upper level, accessible from Blanshard Street. Parking is managed by Robbins Parking and is free for up to 3 hours.
Accessible Parking
Handicap parking stalls are available on the upper level near RebalanceMD. Most are located near our second entrance by Fitness World, with additional stalls located in front of the RBC Bank.
Parking at Uptown
Access points: Carey Rd, Ravine Way, Douglas St, Blanshard St, or Saanich Rd.
Closest parking: Enter from Blanshard St, take the ramp up toward Shoppers Drug Mart/RBC.
At the top of ramp: Turn right RebalanceMD is directly ahead by the clock tower (same level as Shoppers, two levels above Walmart).
Nearest lots: Blanshard Level L4 and L3.
Parking rules: Free parking, 3-hour limit.
For the closest parking, enter Uptown from Blanshard St and head up the ramp toward Shoppers/RBC. At the top, turn right—RebalanceMD is ahead by the clock tower. Free parking is available (3-hour limit) on Levels L4 and L3.
Additional Parking
Free 3-hour parking is available at Save-On-Foods across the street. Use the crosswalk to Uptown, then head up the stairs to the upper level for our office.
Drop-off Zone
A drop-off area is directly in front of 104–3551 Blanshard St (upper Uptown level). Drop-off only—no parking.
Building Entrance Access
Located on Uptown’s upper level beside H&R Block and Specsavers. Open 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Elevator access available here and at the Fitness World entrance.
After 4:00 PM, only the entrance near Fitness World remains open for Physiotherapy access.
