
Dr. Norgrove Penny is an orthopaedic surgeon with clinical interests in child and adolescent orthopaedics, sport medicine, knee injuries, and general orthopaedics. He is also dedicated to global surgery and international development, with involvement in the Global Clubfoot Initiative and training programs abroad. Dr. Penny has served as Chief Medical Officer at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria and as an orthopaedic surgeon for Team Canada at the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona. He also established the Uganda Children’s Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Project, advancing pediatric orthopaedic care in low-resource settings.
